Very friendly staff and good location in Cologne-Ehrenfeld. Unfortunately the food did not convince us. The pasta in truffle sauce and goat cheese was missing the truffle flavor or taste in general. The meat at the Italian Burgerspecial was dry, to the potato wedges came majo and ketchup (not ordered) in plastic packets. It was not really bad, but unfortunately not good.

Really good Italian food. The spaghetti are always perfectly al dente and the waiter is super nice. Modern ambiance, absolute favorite Italian. I was even specially prepared a capricciosa which is not on the menu. Wow. There you like to tip <3

Catastrophic and unfriendly service. I got a salad with rock hard, non-edible avocado. When I notified the service staff, I was told that they were delivered today and that he could not help it. Such a meal should never reach the table of a guest, and if so, I expect compensation or another dish. The salad was charged at full price although I could not eat the whole avocado. An impudence. The food of my friends, however, was good in taste, even if no one felt more welcome.

The food was good in terms of taste and quality, although the last touch was missing. Unfortunately for the price a little bit on the plate. The homemade pasta was very good. The herb butter at the appetizer totally bland. The waiter was not directly rude, but did not even have a smile on his cheek. Therefore only three stars.

A good Italian restaurant. The map is clear, but there is something for every taste. The service is very attentive and always close. The ambience is simple, but still comfortable. The locations are renovated and tidy. The prices are fair. And now the most important thing: the food was very good. The meat could have been more in a nutshell, but otherwise it was delicious. The vegetables cooked well - not overcooked. Conclusion: solid 4 points. Here you can go.

I think the lime has been getting better for about 1.5 years. The dishes are more appealing and taste better. The price-performance ratio is consistent. I haven't had bad wine there yet.

The lime is always worth a visit during the lunch break. Every hungry person will find something for a small price on the delicious daily menu. Pizza is also highly recommended. Simply delicious

Average italian food

The price / performance ratio is absolutely right. The Limone offers a nice ambience and a good selection of food. Due to the changing weekly ticket here also the variety is not too short. Furthermore, the board should also be viewed. On this there is also one or the other gem to discover. The drinks menu offers only a standard selection, but this should be completely sufficient for most visitors. In contrast, the wine list cuts very well. This certainly provides a tasty companion to the food for every wine lover. The prices per glass go from 3.50 € to 7.90 €, the bottles from 18.90 € to 26.00 €. For the second year in a row, I had our Christmas party there with my colleagues for the second time and for the second time all the participants were enthusiastic and they talked about a potential third year in a row. So it can not be any better.

*Complicated, unfriendly, careless and (probably) frozen instant food* - We visited Limone on the sunny weekend and could sit at the back side of the restaurant. It was quite empty there as well as the rest of the restaurant, so I started to wonder why the heck it took awhile til someone could wait us. As the waiter came, I had the impression as if he didnt really care if we were there or not. He was a little arrogant as well. The regular card sounds boring but some of the dishes written on the blackboard were more interesting but doubt they could turn better than our simple wishes. - We got Spaghetti Carbonara that carelessly presented. As I took a bite of it, I was kindly sure that I could do a better one. The Pasta with Salmon tasted just ok but just like the Carbonara, it could really come out of instant food bags or cans. - As our lil boy wasnt that hungry, we got him a Strawberry Pana Cotta which turned to be a real no go. The Pana Cotta itself could be from the cheap grocery store next door and the strawberry slices looked too soaked and way too little. The sauce? Just forget it!
